arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with
photos and we will resolve it immediately —
repair, replacement, or full refund.
Before production begins, orders can be cancelled
within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
How do I know what my sink will look like before it ships?
We send you technical drawings before carving begins
and final photos when the piece is complete.
You approve both before we proceed.
When will I get my order?
- Production time 7 - 10 days
- Shipping time 2 - 5 business days.
- We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is natural marble durable enough for daily use?
Yes. Natural marble has been used in architecture
for thousands of years. With basic care —
annual sealing and pH-neutral cleaners —
your sink will last generations.
