Every product offered by ELYESE MARBLE SINK is hand-carved from natural stone and made to order. Because our products are crafted from genuine natural marble, there will be natural variations in veining, color, and surface characteristics between pieces. These variations are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors and stone appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and display configuration. Photographs and renderings are representative only — the exact veining pattern of your piece will be unique.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a custom-made product. ELYESE LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until ELYESE MARBLE SINK confirms acceptance and processes your payment.
Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, please review your order carefully before submitting. After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed and technical drawings have been approved, ELYESE MARBLE SINK cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
Production begins only after you approve the technical drawings we send to you. Your approval of these drawings constitutes confirmation of your specifications and authorizes production to begin.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or professional use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Import duties and taxes on international shipments are covered by ELYESE LLC. No additional charges will be applied at the time of delivery.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or UPS in a certified wooden crate with full insurance coverage. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Every order is photographed upon completion and sent to the customer for final approval before shipment. Shipment only proceeds after customer confirmation.
A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is booked. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. However, all shipments are fully insured and any damage claims will be handled by ELYESE LLC on behalf of the customer.
