How to Order a Custom Marble Sink

Every sink we make is built to order. There are no standard sizes, no inventory, and no two pieces alike. This guide walks you through everything you need to know before placing your order.

The Process

Choose Your Product & Configuration

Browse our collection and select your preferred marble type (Calacatta Viola, Carrara White, or Arabescato), finish, and faucet configuration. These can be specified in the order note at checkout.

Provide Your Dimensions

If you are unsure of your dimensions, place your order and our team will help you determine the right sizing during the drawing phase.

Receive Technical Drawings — Within 24 Hours

Our design team contacts you within 24 hours of purchase. We prepare detailed technical drawings of your sink based on your specifications and send them to your email for review. No carving begins until you approve the drawings.

Approve & Production Begins

Once you confirm the drawings, our craftsmen begin carving. Production takes 7–10 business days. We share a progress photo during the process so you can follow your piece.

Final Photos & Your Approval

When the sink is complete, we photograph it in full and send you the images for final confirmation. Shipment only proceeds after you approve.

Packed & Shipped Worldwide

Your sink is packed in a certified wooden crate with multi-layer protection and full insurance coverage. Delivered via FedEx, DHL, or UPS in 2–5 business days. No import duties or extra charges at delivery.
