Ordering & Custom Orders

Can I order a custom size?

Yes — every sink we make is custom. There are no standard sizes. When you place your order, include your desired dimensions in the order note. Our team will prepare technical drawings based on your measurements and send them for approval before production begins.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

Yes — within 24 hours of purchase you can cancel or modify your order for a full refund. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made. If your sink arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

How do I specify faucet configuration?

Include your preference in the order note: No Hole (wall-mounted faucets), Single Hole (one-handle mixer), or Three Holes (widespread faucet sets — please specify the distance between holes). If unsure, send us your faucet model and we will advise. Configuration cannot be changed once production begins.

What finish options are available?

Polished (high-gloss, reflective), Honed (matte, smooth), or Brushed (lightly textured, organic). Please specify your preference in the order note. Polished is our standard finish.

Production & Process

How long does production take?

7–10 business days from drawing approval. This includes carving, finishing, quality inspection, and final photography. We send you photos of the completed piece before shipment.

How do I know what my sink will look like before it ships?

We send technical drawings before carving begins and final photographs when the piece is complete. You approve both before we proceed. Shipment only happens after your confirmation.

Do you work with interior designers and architects?

Yes. We regularly fulfill trade and project orders. Contact us directly for bulk pricing, custom lead times, and material sample requests.

Shipping & Delivery

How is the sink packaged and shipped?

Every sink ships in a professionally built certified wooden crate designed for forklift handling and international freight. Reinforced internal protection, multi-layer wrapping, and full insurance coverage on every shipment. Delivered via FedEx, DHL, or UPS within 2–5 business days after production.

Are there import duties or extra charges?

No. Import duties and taxes are fully covered. The price you pay is the price you pay — no surprises at delivery.

What if the crate arrives damaged?

Before signing for delivery, inspect the crate carefully. If there is visible damage, photograph the crate and record a video while opening it. Contact us immediately with documentation and we will handle the process — repair, replacement, or full refund.

What is Calacatta Viola marble?

One of the rarest marble varieties in the world, quarried from ancient stone formations in Anatolia, Turkey. Recognized by its dramatic purple and grey veining on a luminous white base. Because it is 100% natural stone, veining varies between pieces — no two sinks will ever look identical. This is not a defect. It is the defining characteristic of genuine natural marble.

Is natural marble durable enough for daily use?

Yes. Natural marble has been used in architecture for thousands of years. With basic care — annual sealing and pH-neutral cleaners — your sink will last generations without degrading.

Can I order a different marble type?

Yes. We work with Carrara White and Arabescato in addition to Calacatta Viola. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and pricing for your preferred stone.

Is the sink compatible with wall-mounted installation?

Yes. Our sinks are compatible with vanity top, wall-mounted, and countertop installations. Specify your installation type when ordering so we can ensure the correct structural configuration.

Do you include a drain or faucet?

No. The sink is sold without drain fittings or faucet. Standard drain fittings are widely available and compatible with our sinks. If you have compatibility questions, send us your faucet or drain model and we will confirm.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

Because every sink is custom-made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. However, if your sink arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately — repair, replacement, or full refund. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
