RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Every sink we make is hand-carved to your exact 
specifications — custom dimensions, finish, and 
faucet configuration. Because of this, we do not 
accept returns once production has begun.

Production begins only after you approve our 
technical drawings. This approval confirms your 
specifications and authorizes us to begin carving.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of 
purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, 
production preparation begins and cancellations 
cannot be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take extraordinary care with packaging — 
every sink ships in a certified wooden crate 
with full insurance coverage.

If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect the crate before signing for delivery
- Photograph the outer packaging immediately
- Record a video while opening the crate
- Contact us within 48 hours at 
info@marblebathroomsink.com

We will arrange repair, replacement. Documentation (photos 
and video) is required to process the claim.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an item that does not match your 
approved technical drawings, contact us within 
48 hours. We will resolve the issue at no cost 
to you — remake, correction.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made sinks where production has begun
- Items that have been installed
- Items damaged through improper care or 
  use of acidic cleaning products

REFUNDS
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed 
to your original payment method within 10 business 
days. Processing time may vary depending on your 
bank or card provider.
