Every sink we ship has been hand-carved, photographed, and approved by you before it leaves our studio. We take the same level of care with packaging as we do with carving — because a piece this rare deserves to arrive in perfect condition.

Order Placed

Our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your dimensions and begin preparing technical drawings.

Drawing Approval — Day 1–2

We send technical drawings for your review. Production begins only after you confirm.

Hand Carving — 7–10 Business Days

Your sink is carved, finished, and inspected. We share a progress photo during the process.

Final Approval

We photograph the completed piece and send you the images. Shipment proceeds after your confirmation.

Delivery — 2–5 Business Days

Your sink ships in a certified wooden crate, fully insured, via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Packaging

Each sink is packed in a professionally engineered certified wooden crate designed for international freight and forklift handling. The crate is built specifically for the dimensions of your piece.

Damaged Delivery

Before signing for delivery, inspect the crate carefully. If there is any visible damage to the crate or packaging, photograph everything and record a video while opening it. This documentation is required for insurance coverage.
