Will mine look like the photos?
Close, but not identical — that is the nature of stone. Veining shifts from block to block, so yours will be its own piece.
Is it really solid stone?
Yes. It is carved from one block, not assembled from panels. There are no glued seams and no metal parts.
What happens if water sits on it?
Wipe it and it is fine. Marble is porous, so avoid leaving acidic things — lemon, vinegar, some toners — sitting on the surface, and reseal it once a year. A care card is included.
Does it need assembly or mounting?
No. It arrives as one finished piece and sits on the counter. Nothing to screw, drill or level.
How long does it take to arrive?
Hand-carving takes about 5 days. It then ships FedEx air and reaches you in 2–5 business days, with duties already paid.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We replace it. Every piece travels insured in a foam-lined crate, and a replacement is carved at our cost. No return shipping.
Can I order a custom size?
