LOST SHIPMENTS
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business 
days, or if your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, 
contact us at info@marblebathroomsink.com. We will open 
a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or 
full refund.

of purchase. ELYESE LLC is not responsible for delays or 
failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. 
If you need to update your delivery address after placing 
your order, contact us immediately at

before the order ships.
